Midwest Lead Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) connects commercial cleaning providers with businesses seeking commercial cleaning services. We facilitate introductions and potential business opportunities; we do not perform cleaning services ourselves.

Information We Collect
Depending on the form you submit, we may collect:
- Contact information: Company or organization name, contact name, position, business email address, and phone number.
- Service and business information: Service areas, facility locations, facility types and sizes, cleaning frequency, scheduling preferences, service capabilities, and comments you choose to provide.
- Website and campaign information: Referral sources or campaign identifiers associated with your visit, where available. We retain attribution in your browser session and with your submission.
- Technical and security information: Information reasonably needed to operate, maintain, and protect the website, prevent spam, and troubleshoot technical problems. Our submission spam checks store a one-way hash derived from your IP address and submission time; hosting services may process additional connection information.
- Matching permission: Your sharing-consent decision, the time it was recorded, and the version of the consent wording.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our forms. We do not collect payment card information through these forms.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to:

- Evaluate whether a provider may be suitable for a business seeking cleaning services.

When We Share Information
We use Lovable and Lovable Cloud to host the website, store form submissions, and support private administration and authentication. These providers and their infrastructure providers process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services. No separate CRM or Instantly.ai connection currently receives submissions from this website. If additional processors are connected, this policy will be updated as appropriate.
We share relevant business contact information and inquiry details with a potential matching party only to facilitate an appropriate introduction. Before sharing identifying information for a match, we obtain your authorization using the separate, optional matching-consent control on the form. We record your decision, timestamp, and consent wording version. If you do not agree, you may still submit an inquiry, but we will not share your identifying information for a match. Our administration workflow requires recorded permission from both parties before an introduction can be accepted.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect our rights, or address security and fraud concerns.
Email Communications
We may email you to respond to a form submission, discuss your inquiry, provide a requested introduction, or communicate about a potential business opportunity.
Submitting a website form does not automatically enroll you in unrelated promotional email campaigns. This website does not collect marketing enrollment consent or automatically enroll submitters in marketing. Any separate marketing enrollment or outreach must follow applicable consent requirements and provide an appropriate way to opt out.
Data Retention and Security
We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to review inquiries, pursue potential matches, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the purpose and applicable requirements. This website does not currently apply automatic deletion schedules; deletion requests are handled by authorized personnel.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect submitted information. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access to submitted leads and private notes is restricted to authenticated, authorized administrators. Service providers process information as needed for legitimate business purposes.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law and any records we are legally permitted or required to retain.
To make a privacy request or ask to change or withdraw matching permission, contact privacy@midwestleadsolutions.com. Please provide enough information for us to identify your submission without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We will stop future sharing following a withdrawal; information already shared cannot necessarily be recalled.
You may also ask us to stop sending optional marketing communications. We will handle such requests in accordance with applicable requirements.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed toward children. Please do not submit children’s personal information through our forms.
