Our service
Midwest Lead Solutions provides an introduction service between commercial cleaning providers and businesses seeking commercial cleaning. We are not a cleaning company and are not a party to any agreement between a provider and a business.
No guarantee
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a match, appointment, introduction, contract, revenue, or any particular result. We do not represent that any provider is licensed, insured, certified, or vetted unless expressly stated in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and only submit information you are authorized to share.
- Independently evaluate any party you are introduced to before entering into an agreement.
- Do not misuse the website, submit spam, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
Separate agreements
Any fees, commissions, or service terms between you and Midwest Lead Solutions will be set out in a separate written agreement.
Sharing permission
The optional matching consent on our forms authorizes sharing your business contact information and relevant inquiry details with a potential matching party for an introduction. Submitting without that permission does not authorize sharing identifying information. Matching consent is separate from any marketing permission. Contact privacy@midwestleadsolutions.com to request a change to your choice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest Lead Solutions is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, or agreements of any provider or business introduced through our service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, subject to applicable mandatory law.
